A relaxed social group for autistic teen and adult girls. We meet in different towns and cities so nobody has to travel too far to find their people.

What to expect

Low pressure, sensory friendly, and run by people who get it.

This is a space for autistic teen and adult girls to meet other autistic people in a relaxed setting. No forced games, no loud icebreakers. Just somewhere comfortable to sit, talk, and be yourself.

  • Open to autistic teens and adult women.
  • Low noise, low light, and a clear plan for the evening.
  • Run by ASD Ireland volunteers.
