Programmes
Retail, hospitality, transport, sport and public services
Usually two hours, built around hands-on activities that let staff experience how an autistic brain processes the queue, the alarm, the unexpected change. No jargon, no theory dump.
Any building the public walks into
A full walkthrough covering entrance, lighting, noise, wayfinding, queueing and parking, with a written set of changes ranked by cost and impact.
Teachers, SNAs and coaches
What to change in the room before you change anything about the child. Practical, and short enough to fit a staff meeting.
House managers, support workers and relief staff
Training for teams who support autistic residents around the clock: predictable routines, sensory needs, communication preferences, transitions and reducing restraint through environment first.
Most sessions run for about two hours, usually in small groups of six to twenty people. Pricing varies depending on location, group size and any follow-up visits. Ask us for a quote and we will tailor it to your team.
